1. Participation – physical fitness
The practice of all my activities requires good health, compliance with the minimum ages required and the conditions indicated.

For any activity, the participant must ensure that his physical condition is suitable.
The isolation inherent in hiking in the forest can lead to certain risks due to the remoteness of the emergency services.
The participation of customers attests to their acceptance of any risks incurred and their commitment not to hold the organizer responsible for them.
Each participant must comply with the advice and instructions given by the guide.
For any minor and whatever the activity practiced, parental authorization is mandatory.
2. Supervision
Any participation in the activities is subject to the appreciation of the guide according to the moral, physical and sporting aptitudes of the participants.
3. Security
Before each departure, information relating to the use of the equipment and the basic safety rules is provided.
The feasibility of any activity is subject to the appreciation of the guide depending on the weather conditions and the skills of the participants.
4. Weather conditions
All of my activities take place outdoors.
Weather conditions can be a reason for cancellation, since the activity is not insured and secure.
5. Personal effects
David-nature declines all responsibility in the event of loss, damage or theft of participants' personal effects. Carrying valuables is strongly discouraged.
6. Insurance
David-nature has professional multi-risk insurance.
Each participant must have civil liability insurance.
7.Cancellation
Cancellation by the customer:
For any total or partial cancellation of the services by the customer:
In principle and in any case, the number of people initially reserved and confirmed will be charged.
Any withdrawal or cancellation within 48 hours will not give rise to any refund.
David-nature reserves the right to arrest any participant before the end of the activity, when the conditions ensuring the safety of practitioners and third parties are not sufficient. No refunds will be made.
Any voluntary interruption on the part of the participant does not give rise to any reimbursement. The non-presentation of the participant at the meeting does not give rise to any reimbursement.
Any delay causing the non-presentation at the start of the activities does not give any right to reimbursement.
Cancellation due to weather: cf. paragraph relating to weather conditions.
Cancellation by David-nature:
David-nature reserves the right to modify, with or without notice, activities depending on weather conditions or security conditions.
If David-nature finds itself under a total obligation to cancel a departure for any reason whatsoever, participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other additional compensation, or will be offered a later date to carry out the chosen activity. .
8.My rates include
Activities on foot and bivouac: qualified supervision, specific equipment.
Participants are picked up at the starting point for each activity.
The customer acknowledges having read the information relating to the activity he has chosen, thanks to the documentation / brochures which were provided to him prior to the delivery of the invoice.
9.My rates do not include
Return transport from your home to the starting point of the activities.
Personal expenses, additional insurance (participants' civil liability type).
10. Rules for using the forest
Our friends the animals are accepted to participate in the activities, but always kept on a leash, except for the "Brame du cerf" activity where they are not accepted.
In order to avoid any risk of fire, it is forbidden to smoke during the activities.
Let's take away our waste to preserve the beauty and life of the forest.
11.Exclusivity of courses
All my routes are protected by rights, they are my intellectual property. They cannot be the subject of any distribution.
The itinerary and its content (history, heritage…), full or partial, even free of charge, GPS tracks, mapping software, other… The dissemination of information is prohibited: personal or non-personal websites, discussion forum…. Any distribution without prior acceptance by David-nature will be prosecuted.
12. Protection of personal information
